A successful project starts with a thorough pre-construction phase. Our primary goal during the pre-construction period is to form, maintain, or improve the stated budget and schedule. We direct the budget development process, provide the owner and design team with timely input on cost and construction alternatives, and monitor the availability of labor and material resources. At the start of construction, we assume all the duties of a full-service general contractor. This provides the owner with a designated point of responsibility for all construction phase activities. We are able to self-perform site and structural concrete, rough and finish carpentry, and some masonry with our own personnel. The use of Scandroli forces in these key trades enables us to dictate the pace of the job from conception to completion. Since our teams have worked together on millions of square feet of buildings, we deliver a faster, more efficient approach to project implementation and better quality control. Our primary goal during the construction phase is to coordinate and organize all resources for the project – labor, equipment, materials, utilities, finances, technology, and time – to complete the project on schedule, within the budget, and equal to or better than the standards of quality and performance specified by the designers.
